A club is any special interest group organized and operated by residents of SaddleBrooke Ranch for the benefit of all our active adult residents wishing to join. How To Use This Website
A unique feature of these websites is the use of RSS News Feeds to present content. RSS feeds also provide you methods for tracking when new material is posted.
The easiest way is to register for "email alerts". The Community News ticker at the top of this page includes a "Subscribe" link that when clicked, provides the means to submit and verify your email to register for email alerts for that feed. Many club sites use one or more feeds and similarly provide the means to register for email alerts for their feeds.
If you are famiiar with RSS feeds, may wish to subscribe to our feeds at their favorite Feed Reader (aka News Aggregator). Those not famliar with RSS may be surprised to learn how pervasive they are. A few examples:
- The New York Times publishes 152 feeds on various topics
- NPR publishes 58 feeds
- Apple, 30 feeds
- The UofA Daily Wildcat, 16 feeds, and Law Schoool, 3 feeds

- Blogs are typically offered as RSS feeds as well.
